Secure your 2023 London Marathon place!

We’re calling on people who want to take part in the ultimate running challenge to apply for one of our TCS London Marathon places.

Runners who have missed out on a ballot place in next year’s marathon can apply for a gold bond place with us!

Peter Kilford who ran for us in this year’s marathon, said: ‘It was an emotional and amazing thing to be a part of.

‘If you haven’t done it before it’s hard to appreciate what it’s like — it’s an unbelievable event. The atmosphere all the way round is incredible.’

Peter has supported us after learning about our care following the death of his daughter Sam, aged 20 weeks, in 2013.

He added: ‘We’ve seen the amazing work Martin House does for families. It’s a charity close to our hearts and we’d love more people to support it.

‘If you’re going to do a marathon, then London is the one to do, and there’s no better cause to run for.’

Rowan Simpson our events fundraiser said: ‘Our brilliant team of runners in this year’s marathon raised over £26,000 for the hospice, money that goes to providing vital care to families.

‘We offer our gold bond runners — and anyone with a ballot place who chooses to run for us — with a full package of support to help them through their training and fundraising.’
